The Kona Folding Arm range of awnings has been engineered to meet stringent quality standards, whether you choose the Semi-Cassette style with it’s stylishly clean fascia or the unique Cross-Over style for maximum projection from the narrowest of awnings. Plus the entire range benefits from thorough wind performance testing to meet European 13651 wind classification standards.

Kona Classic
A proven design that utilises a simple square bar for easy installation in a wide variety of locations.
Features include the latest in modular design and a range of accessories to customise your awning and enhance your enjoyment in a range of outdoor situations.
Kona Design
The durable and very good looking Kona Design folding arm awning will add style and sophistication to any outdoor setting. With European designer detailing such as the special pressure die-cast end brackets and Kona’s renowned quality proving to be a very attractive combination.
Kona Cross-Over
This is Kona’s solution for installations that necessitate a narrow awning without compromising on weather protection.
The Cross-over utilises an ingenious cross-over system for the arms that projects the awning out further than would otherwise be possible, and dramatically increases the weather projection that’s available.
Kona Semi-Cassette
By including a compact semi-enclosure feature Kona has created an awning system that protects the fabric from the elements when not in use.
In addition to increasing the longevity of the fabric this system also hides the fabric roller tube from view, presenting a streamlined finish to the awning.
Hardware options
All Kona awnings hardware comes in three standard colours: Silver, Gravel and White. This enables different components and accessories to be used across the entire range, further enhancing your ability to choose the awning solution that’s right for you.
NOTE: Colours are as close as printing process will allow.
Operating options
Telescopic Arm
A Telescopic Pole can be used in windy conditions to stabilise the front bar, increasing your Awning’s wind resistance and extending its life. These Poles are collapsible for easy storage. Optional Extra.
Available for Kona Classic, Kona Design, Kona Cross-Over and Kona Rise awning options.
Pitch Control
Kona Classic, Design, Rise and Semi-Cassette awnings have an optional adjustment function that allows you to vary the pitch of the awning from -5˚ to -40˚ to better control shade.
Available for Kona Classic, Kona Design, and Kona Rise awning options.
Rain Hood
An optional Rain Hood is a stylish accessory that will provide improved fabric protection from the elements and extend the life of your awning’s fabric. Optional Extra.

Ultimo, a fully automated awning, offering protection for you and your furnishings
The Ultimo will protect you and your furnishings from the harsh New Zealand sun at the touch of a button. The fully automated operation extends the folding arms from a fully enclosed cassette that presents a clean fascia when the awning is not in use.
The Ultimo awning is custom made for each installation and comes with a range of projection options. ‘Projection’ describes how far the awning extends, and the Ultimo is available with 2m, 2.5m, 3m or 3.5m. You can also choose from a huge range of fabric colours and designs, all manufactured from water-repellent, marine-grade 100% acrylic with a UPF rating of 50+.
The Folding Arm Awning range comes in your choice of Anodised Silver or White Powder Coated hardware and the décor trim kit is available in Silver, White or Graphite.
Protective cassette housing
When not in use, the Weathermaster Ultimo awning is entirely enclosed by a protective aluminium cassette. This ensures that fabric and components are shielded when not in use.
Automated operation with optional wind/sun sensor
Using premium European electric motors, the Weathermaster Ultimo awning extends or retracts with the push of one button. Choose remote control, wall switch or both. Awning controls can be integrated into home automation systems. Your awning can
also have a wind/sun sensor, which will automatically close the awning once the wind reaches the programmed safety level or extend the awning when sun is detected.
Superior components
Arm components are made from pressure die-casted corrosionresistant aluminium; arm profiles are manufactured from extruded corrosion-resistant aluminium. Elbow joints have Dyneema® connections to improve the stability of the awning. Heavy-duty springs ensure optimal fabric tension at all times
– water runs off if it rains, helping to ensure longevity of the awning fabric.
Décor kit
You can add extra style to your Weathermaster Ultimo awning with an integrated décor kit, which includes covers for the end caps and a decorative strip for the front profile. Décor kits are available in silver, white or graphite.
Automation options
Somfy® Automation
Hard-wired automation using a 240V motor integrated in the Headrail. Controlled by a Wall Switch or Remote Control. The cone mechanism ensures that the Blinds remain perfectly horizontal at all times while they are being raised and lowered. Can be wired into Home Automation Systems.
Somfy® TaHoma
Somfy® TaHoma is the perfect option for anyone to connect and control their products from using Smartphones, Tablets or iPad. TaHoma gives your customers the freedom of controlling their Somfy® products from anywhere Wi-Fi is available.
Tube 5 Channel Remote
Provides an opening price point for hard wired automation. Featuring a simple 5 Channel Remote allows you to control the Blind at the touch of a button.
This is the only Remote Control option that can be used for a Tube Motor.
Note: Not compatible with Somfy®.

The awning and marine fabric of choice when it comes to solar protection, guaranteeing excellent, long-term protection against UV rays, heat, glare and inclement weather. Over 165 colour and pattern combinations available.
